Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders will ship within 2-4 business days of purchase.
- Shipping is free for any order over 95$ in Quebec.
- Shipping is free for any order over 120$ in the rest of Canada.
- For international orders, shipping fees will vary and will be calculated during checkout. We are not responsible for duty fees and/or taxes that are applied to your order.
Late or missing product (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a product within 10 days business days, please send us an email to info@marthasierra.ca.
Exchanges (if applicable)
With pleasure, we will replace your items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please send an email to info@marthasierra.ca within 15 days after receiving the products with a copy of your receipt of purchase as well as a picture of the damaged or broken products. We will reach you shortly in order to find the best solution for you. In the cases that the products have to be returned, please note that you will be responsible to cover the shipping fees.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final unless the products are defective or damaged upon arrival (read our exchanges policy above). If you are unhappy with a product, please email us to info@marthasierra.ca and we will be happy to help you.
